The DOE has a Functional Area Qualification Standard for DOE Defense
Nuclear Facilities Technical Personnel on the topic of Deactivation and
Decommissioning.  This is actually a good reference for who needs to
know what going into deactivation and decommissioning.  Does anyone know
of any other reference such as this one that addresses this topic of
qualifications of staff to oversee deactivation and/or decommissioning -
regardless of source - foreign or domestic, DOE or non-DOE ?   I have
not been able to find any.  Thanks in advance for your help.
