[ RadSafe ] NRC website?

Dear Colleagues

For the past while, I've been unable to access the NRC website
(www.nrc.gov).  I get a "server not responsing" error page.  Has this been
the same for everyone, or possibly because I'm attempting to connect from an
overseas server?  Any NRC-types out there know when the site will be
accessible again?
