[ RadSafe ] NRC website?

I'm in the U.S. I tried to get to NRC's website this morning and it sent
me to http://www.nrc.gov.edgesuite.net/failover.html. These Radsafe
messages remind me that I've encountered this message several times in the
last couple of weeks.
