[ RadSafe ] NRC website?

I am in the USA and have this problem intermittently.  I have the same 
issue with OSHA web site.  I dont know why this solution works but it 
always seems to for me.  I go to Google and search for NRC then click on 
the link that appears in the search results and I am in.  As I said I 
dont know why it works but for me it does.

For the past while, I've been unable to access the NRC website
(www.nrc.gov).  I get a "server not responsing" error page.  Has this 
been
the same for everyone, or possibly because I'm attempting to connect 
from an
overseas server?  Any NRC-types out there know when the site will be
accessible again?
