[ RadSafe ] Prep class for CHP EXAM

I am interested in attending a prep class for Part 1 of the CHP Exam.  Any information leading me to where I may attend such a class would be greatly appreciated.  
I currently reside near Oak Ridge, TN so the closer the better but I will travel for the class.
