The answer strongly depends on the age of the spent fuel. With time, the
predominant radionuclides will change significantly.

Are you asking for a probability distribution of number of gammas per Bq as
a function of gamma ray energy?

I wonder if anyone could point at a graph showing the total of the most 
important gamma and beta (90Sr essentially I believe.) in spent nuclear 
fuel. This is not about the risks as described by dilution in water.

A clarification: "most important" - what I ment is "dominating in terms of 
activity" (all Bqs get the same weight).
