Thanks.  I am surprised the ANS does not this
available a some public Web site.  HPS position papers
can be found at
http://hps.org/hpspublications/papers.html#position

I think that if professional societies are to have an
influence in public education, their positions on
issues should be accessible.  I refer the HPS's
position papers frequently when I respond people
having questions about medical irradiation exposures.
