Description: S.M. Stoller Corporation is currently seeking a Health and
Safety Manager to plan and direct the health and safety practice of the
Moab, Utah Environmental Health Project. 

This position will be based in Grand Junction, Colorado and/or in Moab,
Utah. 

Summary of responsibilities: 
*	Manage all aspects of implementation of the Contractor's Health and
Safety Program, including radiation protection, safety, and industrial
hygiene for the Moab, Utah project. 
*	Supervise health and safety staff assigned to the project. 
*	Support the Contractor project management team responsible for the
project. 
*	Interact with the Contractor management team and the client on
matters related to the Health and Safety Program.
*	Ensure that the program complies with applicable Federal regulations
and Department of Energy requirements.
*	Provide input to management on issues related to the Price Anderson
Amendments Act. 
*	Provide budget input and manage resources in accordance with
established parameters. 

Requirements: 
*	Bachelor's degree in health physics or equivalent plus five years
related experience or equivalent education and experience. 
*	Ability to effectively present information to top management, public
groups, and/or board of directors. 
*	Familiarity with OSHA safety and industrial hygiene requirements. 
*	Board certified in health physics. 
*	Experiential knowledge of Federal Regulations 835 and Uranium Mill
Tailings
