The operator of Barnwell low level rad waste burial grounds was quoted 
as follows:
"Chem-Nuclear has said its practices have changed over the years and the 
company no longer puts waste packages into trenches. Rather the waste 
goes inside concrete vaults before it is buried.:
     Does this mean that all of the waste is put into concrete vaults 
and these vaults are then sealed and buried? Is a description of this 
process readily available?
