Barbara:
I am assuming that you need the MSDS information for occupational
exposure, right-to-know, or waste disposal purposes.
The circuit breakers might not have a MSDS as they are considered articles
under 29CFR1910.1200. Even if a MSDS exists for the circuit boards, that
the ceramic is or is not radioactive is probably not mentioned in the MSDS
as the standard does not apply to ionizing and non-ionizing radiation:
1910.1200(b)(6)
This section does not apply to:
.
.
.
1910.1200(b)(6)(xi)
Ionizing and nonionizing radiation;...
It has been my experience that manufactures typically do not list their
products (i.e. grinding wheels, shot blast, salt bath salts, road salts,
etc.) as being radioactive or containing radioactive materials on MSDSs
and especially not on products manufactured a decade or more ago.

I AM TRYING TO LOCATE MSDS SHEETS ON CIRCUIT BREAKERS THAT HAVE CERAMIC
THAT MAY BE RADIOACTIVE. THEY WERE MANUFACTURED BY FEDERAL PACIFIC
ELECTRIC COMPANY, NOT SURE OF THE DATE. ANYONE HAVE ANY INFORMATION?
