Although the document is titled "CDC's Roles in the Event of a Nuclear or
Radiological Terrorist Event", its contents under the heading "CDC Roles"
indicates that the CDC's role would be the same in the event of a
terrorist (intentional) or non-terrorist (unintentional) event.
