Hmmm - I guess that should say "we suggest COINS are made out of highly
enriched U....."

But have you considered the consequences of people throwing coins into water
fountains ? (it would make for a very nice night time display.... :-)

Hope it is not too old - I thought it was nice. Whether we
need the critical treshold and where do we set it is another
matter about which I actually have no opinion readily available,
I just thought the joke was nice...
