According to Hardy et al (Table 1.1 in "Depleted Uranium, A Review of the
Scientific Literature as it Pertains to Gulf War Illnesses", Rand 1999) the
activity ratio of U-234 to U-238 is 0.18.

What do you mean by "pure depleted uranium"? Producing U-238 without U-234
is very difficult.
