If its tritiated water (HTO) it the same for inhaled or aborbed through
skin. It should be in ICRP Publication 71 or the special issue of the HPJ
(Vol. 65 # 6) Dec. 1993.

Subject: [ RadSafe ] Tritium DCF
Radsafers,
I'm looking for a reference that has the derivation of the dose conversion
factor for ingested tritium (5.9E-2 rem/Ci). Can anyone point me in the
right direction?
Thanks,
JG
