[ RadSafe ] help identifying source

Good Day Radsafe Colleagues,
 
We have discovered a radioactive source and are looking to identify what
it is.  We know that the isotope is Ra-226 (with daughters) as
identified by Gamma Spectroscopy.  I am attaching some pictures of the
item as it was found.  Any insights would be most appreciated.
