What specific provision of this directive is not being complied with?  Be specific; cite specific examples, this is a scientific list, not the anti-DU debate society with ThunderElf and friends.  It also was motivated by a publicity stunt by a New York tabloid.

medical care for all U.S. DU casualties is attached. May I assume each of you
