James,

I posted yesterday, Wednesday 29 March 2006 at 14:08 Central European Summer
Time a comment which I think should be more than interesting for RADSAFErs
to put this "smuggling story" into perspective. I added my sources, both
Washington Post and the Global Security Newswire of the Nuclear Threat
Initiative.

Now it is Thursday, 30 March 2006, 17:12 and my posting has still not been
forwarded to the list. So it might take another day or more until you will
read this message on the list. I hope that Cc works in this case.

It is difficult to participate in the lively discussions on this list, if
messages are withheld for moderator approval for more than a day.

Best regards to everyone.

Franz
