[ RadSafe ] animation of the plume of radioactive from Chernobyl

The French government's Institute for Radiological Protection and
Nuclear Safety (IRSN) has posted on its website a graphic animation of
the plume of radioactive caesium-137 from the world's worst nuclear
accident at Chernobyl in April and May 1986
