I recall hearing about a spy that was killed by having a lethal dose of ricin (a very small amount), injected directly into his body using the tip of an umbrella.  Apparently he didn't realize he'd been targeted until too late.  I wonder if the Po-210 could have been similarly injected in an apparent "accident."
