[ RadSafe ] Bioassay vs. Collective Bargaining Units

Please respond off-line to keep the noise level to a minimum, but I have a question.  If you have a collective bargaining unit on your site, have they approved bioassay sample collection (urine) off-site or have they made it an issue to be collected only on site?

If you can respond, please provide the bargaining unit (i.e. Steelworkers, IAW, etc) and the collection location (onsite or offsite).
