This was sent by a friend in response to my query to a reporters list to contact Deborah Hastings superior at the Associated Press .. the sender was pretty much unaware of what DU is and does.  Note the way this supposedly factual encyclopedic article is written.  Feel free to correct it .- it can be edited by readers - it needs a lot of that.
