re: Inconvenient Scientists.  I have another one: Doug Macdougall from  Univ. 
Calif. San Diego.  Even tho he's from the left coast, he's another  
inconvenient scientist. His book is, "Frozen Earth, The once & future story  of ice 
ages."  His prediction: temporary warming and then another ice  age.  Great 
backup data on the causes of climate change.  Of course,  the basic flaw in the 
whole debate is that climate is constant. It's not--it's  always changing--and 
Macdougall explains why.
