Human life extension is discussed in great detail by Art Robinson, once Linus Pauling's partner, in his Access to Energy at www.oism.org and will be at the Aug 3-5 meeting of DDP, the program for which should be on that website under DDP soon..

Certainly, obese humans have many more health
problems, but restricting your calorie intake about
2000 calories appears to improve health but not how
long you will live.

If you are looking for a magic pill or program that
will allow you to live to be 100, I would first look
at how long your parents lived and what is your
current lifestyle.
