Many commensurate with your frustration. Remember the snail darter! At FPL
we had a rare plant (small plant) of no consequence, but had to build a
fence around it, to protect it, even though it served no useful purpose.

Unfortunately this insanity won't end any time soon! Maybe when the lights
go out!!
