John, I too have a nice library of Rad and nuclear books, but never can 
remember the details, so I keep a
copy of http://www.ead.anl.gov/pub/doc/natural-decay-series.pdf


on my desk, annotated with copious scribbles. This particular layout is to 
me very logical and easy to use compared to most.


The three natural decay chains are referred to so frequently you would think 
we could have
it memorized by heart, but I for one still need "cheat sheets"
