[ RadSafe ] Another Rosalie Bertell Piece, This One a Video a 6th Grader Can Understand

This is another call to arms from the anti-depleted uranium/anti-nuclear power movement.  Bob Nichols is one of their more prolific spokespeople; he knows little, but he is exceptionally good at parroting it out to find new converts to the cause.  Cathy Garger is the same.  She has issued this call after straying upon a Rosalie Bertell video.  Last time I brought the good doctor Bertell to the attention of this list, I got a number of comments from all corners of the globe.  I would like to call on you to watch her video and critique it.  It would be even better if you could find someone with a video camera and have them video your critique .. it is time that the anti-DU/anti-nuclear folks who put their misinformation out on video have it responded to in the same manner.  Garger is the one who describes Bertell's ability to lecture on the video as being "The magic and beauty of Sister/Doctor Bertell is that despite her advanced studies, she possesses a rare gift in that she is able to explain the science of the properties of Uranium's effects upon the human body in language that even a sixth grader could understand."  We need to make even a sixth grader or even a state legislator, governor or Member of Congress understand the fallacies of these arguments as well.

I wonder if that is supposed to apply to x-rays as well -- perhaps even cosmic radiation .. ah, Ms Garger, how naive you are and how scientifically ignorant .. does anyone on the list from the Maryland area have any first hand experience with Ms Garger?
