Mr. Helbig,

 

I would appreciate knowing where you got the memorandum in the link

below and who posted or released the memorandum for publication. It

contains the SSAN's of three former or current Army Officers in the

leading paragraph.  That information should not have been released and I

would appreciate it if RADSAFE would immediately remove the memorandum

from public view.  Thank you.
