[ RadSafe ] Waste storage temperature?

Does anyone have a good citation concerning the estimated final storage temperature of the custodial casks i.e. Yucca Mountain.
A LLNL report mentions 100-200 C but others mention much higher temperatures. 

Naturally the loading and spacing of the casks must be pre determined to accommodate some design target.

Just curious what that design target might actually be, from an engineering standpoint.
