Thank you both for your illuminating comments and translation - I will forward to some Swedes who certainly are interested in more context. It is sad that ignorance sometimes tops facts and common sense - unfortunately it happens far too often with "radiation" ("nuclear->radiation->cancer->nuclear->radiation->cancer->..." in an endless loop). Politicians constitute a strange species.
