Darrell,
I found the course that Global Transport Training puts on to be quite
helpful. They hold seminars in cities all across the country. The
Radioactive shipping portion is one-day, but they require that you are
either already IATA certified or take their IATA course. Anyway, check them
out at http://www.gttstraining.com/radioactive.htm  Note, the Radioactive
shipping portion covers more than IATA regulations, but they certainly
stress the "by air" regulations.
