Hindin is the lead off .. all Hindin did was review studies recommended by the Traprock Peace Center .. their article was not peer reviewed and you will also note that Hindin quickly dropped off the radar screen - had thus really been serious academic research, Hindin would be the one touring instead of Douglas Lind Rokke or Leuren Moret.

This review of over 74 studies on the subject is not evanescent at all:

"In aggregate the human epidemiological evidence is consistent with increased
risk of birth defects in offspring of persons exposed to DU."
