[ RadSafe ] Does anyone know of any suitable 10cm^2 ion chambers (excl. the Victoreen 440 RF)?

Dear RadSafers:

We are looking for a suitable replacement for the Victoreen 440 RF ion
chamber. Applications include 5 cm surface dose rate measurements on
shields of radioactive packages and for x-ray cabinet equipment. 

If anyone can recommend a suitable device, I would be most interested.
