[ RadSafe ] Uranium in steel

Hello.

Might be Brian. That's about the usual concentration in earth crust, and every material on it (including iron ore and coal). The uranium quantity for every material ranges between 0.2 and 5 ppm.  I have no reference just for 304 stainless steel, sorry.

I was wondering if anybody knows if approximately 1 ppm uranium could be expected in typical 304 stainless steel?  A reference would be greatly appreciated.
