Since the proficiency tests are obviously organised by the IAEA I would
recommend that you contact directly the IAEA.

Dear Nielsen,
It may be late but if it is possible we want to participate to World Wide
Open Proficiency Test IAEA-CU-2007-03 & ALMERA Proficiency Test
IAEA-CU-2007-04 on the determination of radionuclides in vegetation for
U-234, U-238, Pu-238, Pu-239+240, Sr-90 analyses.
If we could participate to this PT we will be glad.
