[ RadSafe ] IAEA technical report 120

I am looking for IAEA technical report series 120, Clayton, R.F. 1970,
Monitoring of Radioactive Contamination on Surfaces. Anyone have access
to this.

More specifically, I am looking for a reference that details the theory
behind surface contamination monitoring using a wipe test and 100 cm2,
etc.
