Thank you all who responded to my question,

One response indicates that the CD/DVD is now being reprinted.
Another answer is that the CD/DVD does not contain the actual journal 
articles themselves but rather is a software for search the
corresponding 
database.
The approx. cost - does anyone know? I have the HP Journal since around
1970 
at one of my workplaces - it would be nice to clear up this space for 
something else.
