manufacturer was hijacked by thieves. Inside the truck, the  contents were 
falsely labeled with radiation warning labels by the  manufacturing company.


That "tactic"has been actually "taught" in the shipping industry, it's  
happened many times and in more then a few cases emergency services was called  out 
for a suspected RAD incident when well it was not even a HAZMAT incident.
