[ RadSafe ] Training requirements for Decommissioning

Looking for any other 'equivalents' of the DOE "Decommissioning
Competencies" requirement standard - in this case its DOE-STD-1166-2003
- that others are using out there in decommissioning space to ensure
staff are properly qualified to oversee decommissioning work.
