[ RadSafe ] Prof Moulder's FAQ on power lines etc

I've only recently re-activated my radsafe delivery so forgive me if my
question has already been answered elsewhere although I didn't find
anything in the archives.

Professor John Moulder had a FAQ site on non-ionising radiation (power
lines, mobiles etc) hosted on the Medical College of Wisconsin's web
server.  It is not longer there.

Anyone know why it has been taken down and whether the pages are
available elsewhere?
