Sandy,

As I mentioned before: If even we share an opinion then there should be no
reason for monitoring.......

I do not blame Marcel for introducing monitoring - I am willing to take a
tiny part of this decision by blaming myself for this and if you are honest
you will blame yourself as well, like quite a few others should do. 

I hope that the monitoring has been a "warning" sign and we can continue
with e-mail exchanges like before - sorry, I am wrong, the free and fast
exchange has already started!

Thanks to Marcel for lifting the screening process that has resulted in
delay of days for posts to appear. Hopefully no actions will occur in the
future to cause a change back to the recent screening requirements.
