Just thought some of you might be interested in the (short) article in
the
May 2008 issue of Backpacker magazine, mentioning the conversion of
areas of
Hanford and Rocky Flats to Nature preserves. 

 

In line with experience at Chernobyl, wildlife thrives when left alone
for a
decent period!
