Notifying NORTHCOM of a lost radiography source in Texas would be
equivalent to notifying CENTCOM (Gen. David Patreus' command) about one
missing in Kuwait. It's like calling NORAD when I loose contact with my
RC model airplane.
Thank God NORTHCOM didn't mount a response. There'd be nothing left but
cinders.
