[ RadSafe ] AP Story (via MSNBC) about drought effecting nuclear power plant operations in SE US

So coal plants don't need cooling water?? (ha ha) You don't see anybody writing stories about how THEY'RE going to have to shut down due to the lack of cooling water ... I wonder why.
