Dear Roger Helbig,

Dr. Brodsky's book is an excellent reference on uranium toxicity.
I underestand that some followup studies have also been reported in the
Health Physics Journal by the group at the University of Maryland in
Baltimore; these studies report no effect. 

Another reference on DU toxicity is the report of the British Royal Society they are available at its website.
