Hi-

I would hope that they make the original data available along with a nice
lengthy presentation on history, data, methods, results, etc.  This would
require several volumes rather than the skinny in a journal.  I trust that
the original work will be published along with fate & distribution in the
environment, hydrogeology, and geochemistry.

The larger body of work also belongs to Russia; and any decision on the
distribution of information would depend on the Russian Government's
decision to make the basic data & analyses public.
