Absolutely! There is no justice system in the US. It is simply a
show-and-tell form of litigation where the attorneys simply need to
present a "plausible" scenario, whether supported by evidence or not.
Just get one individual on the jury to buy the crap put out there, and,
there's an acquittal or a hung jury. That is what the attorneys want.
Our system has never been a search for truth (just ask an attorney).
It's to make a case, no matter how far fetched, where a jury member,
usually uneducated, biased or otherwise, busy into the BS. I can name
several cases going on right now, and the attorney's pleadings make for
better science fiction than Stephen King could ever write.

One word to define our system of "justice",,,, sickening!
