I would point out another question on this case.

At the moment, we don't know exactly the protocol and the parameters used 
(kVp, mAs, helical or sequential, and so on), we don't know what kind of mistake 
was done, so we can't say how much dose was delivered to the baby skin,
we don't have actual data about the "aberrations" found in his blood,
and we can't exclude a series of mistakes done by the RadTech,
but 
according to what one can read in the news or watch in the video,
it seems that what looks like an "erithema" came out immediatly after the scans, 
if not even during the scans, and this is perhaps what makes me doubtful 
about the whole story. And how long did this effect last?
I talked with a radiotherapist and the insurgence times for such an effect 
are much longer, at least hours.
(Didn't the boy have a belt around the head to make him stay stll?....)

Do you agree?
