[ RadSafe ] Neutron flux from electron accelerators

What's the energy of the electrons? If you've got energies up around 10 MeV, depending on the target you'll get ~10 MeV gammas -- which can then induce photo-fission. There are also lots of materials out there that have decent cross-sections for gamma-n reactions.
