[ RadSafe ] Dose Limits in Idaho

Friends,

I'm looking for the applicable dose limits for a facility handling NORM in 
Idaho. In particular:

What are the dose limits?
Are there separate limits for workers and public?
Is exposure to radon progeny included in these limits (i.e. TEDE)?
Is there other guidance on radon or radon progeny levels in facilities? 
(i.e. concentration should be below x pCi/L..)
