Franz,

I attended a lecture after the incident a few years ago, and the speaker (UK Government) was involved with the evaluation and response. The presentation was not provided as copies, and, much of the actual data was not released. I don't believe there is a scientific paper out, due to the political implications. If there is, it will be good reading.
